I ( 24F) found out that my ( 25M) boyfriend has been sharing my nudes with his father.

This is the wrong sub for balanced advice, it's basically an anti-male sub. Legal action seems a massive over reaction, you want to potentially ruin his future prospects and career because he showed you off to someone he's close with? That would make you vindictive. He is in the wrong, but you want to weigh up the reaction to the action.

I bet 95% of all women in the sub's bf's have shared at least 1 photo with at least 1 friend. This guy was dumb to send the photo and even more dumb for not deleting the message his end. But if you think your bf has never showed a pic to a friend on his phone you're being naive. Im in my early 30s, have lived in multiple countries across the world, public and private schooled, and have worked in fields from science to sales and I'm actually shocked you all think this behaviour is rare. It's standard.

Same way any secret I tell a gf will be shared to some extent with their best friend. Human nature is predictable and thinking your other half is special is a bit silly.
