at 25, is it normal to question the vocation you’ve been working towards all your life?

I have 2 insights for you here.

First:

Music is not the same thing as music business. What you're running into is an insight many need to personally experience to understand. When you're a professional musician, going to the club is your goddamn job. Or to the show. Or wherever your gig is. For many people, after a while, this turns clubs/bars/venues into just another office environment.

Insight #2: unless they're already financially secure and don't need the money to survive, nobody who has to work to make a living actually loves their job most of the time, let alone all of the time. This is why people have to be paid to do what they do.
