At 25 years old, would you date a younger person and if so, what's your cut off?

Some of us sort of do though. Even though I am late ish 20's, I was also born with an intellectual disability that meant I could not reach milestones at a "normal" age. At this point in time I can pass as a neurotypical adult, but I don't have the normal life experience of someone my chronological age because of how long the process was. I'm a college freshman, never had full time job but wish to in the future, have recently got my independence. Basically an 18 year old (life experience wise) in a late 20 year old body. Now who can I date...that is a question I always have for these threads. I feel like dating 18-19 year olds is pushing it because of the social stigma/worries I have, someone of my exact age doesn't want me because I don't match their stage in life, and someone of my disability almost never works out because they're either too high functioning (meaning they got help and progressed at a normal age, so are ahead of me) or too low functioning (will never progress and still act like a toddler which makes me feel pedo toward them). The moderate functioning range is rare, but you still want relationships and feel lonely to the point you don't know who you're allowed to be with.
