25F, $240K net worth, $130K salary in tech - want to quit job and travel, then take a lower paying job that is more personally satisfying. Any feedback on pros and cons?

Don't worry about it and go travel/volunteer. Don't spend your life doing work you don't like. You have a great start and relevant work experience. Travel will enrich your life and set your priorities in life. I was in much the same situation as you and travelled in Europe Middle East and Asia for over a year. Never looked back and never regretted it. You will find a new and more relevant job when you come back. Despite what some people think, travel gets more difficult when you get older with relationships or kids. Never think you will travel when retired, because you will be old and decrepit and your wife wants to stay home because of the kids. Go now!
