Literally all you don't have to do is suggest that she was just looking forward to spending the holiday with the man she loved, that there must be a reason that she doesn't spend the holiday with her family, perhaps a dark one, and that there is some massive cultural significance to her spending this holiday with me.
Instead of making melodramatic statements like "Not to mention, she's not seeing her own family...she hasn't made plans for that. She made plans FOR YOU op. And you just pulled the rug out from underneath her with no time to spare" you could've said "Why isn't she spending the holiday with her family? Is Thanksgiving with you really important to her?"
