Ok here is my 2cents

Clan pirate captain - I like his change because synergise well with restore and is very good for thinning in pirate deck which is doing very well me.

Dorrgaray - I actually like how he is now, and the old version was just good for ekimara which we all hated.

Prize winning cow - It makes more sense now lore wise since in withcer 3 you can spawn one at time (i think)

Arena Champion - I’ve been using him and he is better then his previous version! Buff his strength then use decoy and BOOM destruction..If they have a higher, so yeah you have to be careful.

Sidrifa - ...Ok now for this card i think know why Cdpr nerf it. First of all it was auto include now it’s not anymore. Second of all i think the restriction to only “Skellige” units hints at a future “Neutral card that would be able to resurrect a Neutral card.” At least thats what i think... Probably not haha.
