26 y/o Autistic Female Looking for Advice to Become Healthier

I feel like you would be better off teaching yourself nutritional low kcal meals rather than using Jenny Craig (as it is overpriced and not sustainable long-term)

If you get the myfitnesspal app you can track your food intake.

I'm also 26 and have a diagnosis of Aspergers since I was a child and whenever I need to lose weight I tend to just eat the same things at the same time everyday as a routine with repetitiveness tends to work well for me. I've always been a healthy weight but when I notice my weight increase this is my go to so I won't get obsessive about it. (I used to have anorexia) I eat a lot of food which is almost prepackaged and easy for me to calculate like Greek yoghurts, boiled eggs, etc. I find it really helps, and I loosely try and aim for high-protein /fat and low carb.

If you drink full sugar soda, switch to diet and then gradually to sparkling water.
