Just, Goodness, who'd say, that a world can be so small. Especially, when taking in a consideration, I'm from Europe and I'm multiplied with something, something, something... that gives 23 years and that goes with a gender M. "Over there, just across the pond", as they say. I don't know, when would be the right moment to say it, but nice to meet you! :)
I read about your interests and whoow it seems fantastic! Speaking of mutuality, books, writing, movies, poetry and bad singing, dude, that are some of my characteristics I'm planning to put in my CV, when I'll apply for audition for "Bad singers a.k.a Nightingale" contest. I'm that bad, that I wouldn't even win the first place of the worst voice festival. Or to share some of the devil's fingers moments of my life. One time, I sang Deep purple's song called Child in Time, a chorus that goes "Aaaah Aaaah Aaaaaaaa", my friends didn't even blink, one friend, left his own house and I just heard tires moving away, and the rest, well, they uhm, they started to dial an ambulance, because they thought I sound as an alarm, not because they were worried, but because I sounded as a paramedics (allegedly).
From that day I knew I was born "with a great power, but with a great responsibility" as Stan Lee would say, that made me into dududududuuuuu a hero called A Voiceless Voiceman (unfortunately, for some reason, I wasn't even entitled a theme song, that's why I only write two letters:"du" just to look as I have one on a paper).
Besides that, speaking of a horror and an eerie surrounding, what about George Romero's living dead or maybe Tobe Hooper's Leatherface? Whether retro or a modern horror, any genre, cinematography, any time, any place. If needed, done. One time in an elementary school, I needed to write a story of my favourite pet. I wrote I have at home a rabbit with rabies, who I love with all my heart and you know, emotions. I was very convinced I'll get an A and leave an impression to the teacher.
Well, The impression was certainly that influencing, that even a prinicipal became interested, involving my parents and giving me F. But still, bitter sweat memories turned in the 8th grade, when I wrote a story of my zombified neighbourgh who was missing an arm, to be said nicely. But some unexplained phenomenon of teacher's judgement gave me an A. :)
Did someone say fantasy (with a Scooby voice, 'Raggy")? To speak about the pretty things, as Bilbo Baggins would say:" To go and to see the great mountains, to hear the pine trees and to wear a sword, instead of a walking stick, just once." Furthermore, Dungeons and dragons, rpg games, tcg games, maybe LARPing too, in that case I'll be playing as a Samwise Gamgee and cooking the best goulash, among all the worst ones, but I promise it shall be edible.
Fiction books, but also non-fictionbooks, analysis of just one term, what is intuition, what is an emotion, what is the origin of idea that influenced dragons, well a giant tibia of t-rex, might be a hint for the blacksmith who tripped and fell and later showed around in his village that he slayed a Frozen Dragon from Elder scrolls. Dinosaurs' identity in medieval times- dragons.
