[26M] chronically ill for the past 8 or so months. I know reddit isn't the best place for this but I badly need answers. My doctor's can't give me a definitive answer.

NAD, but this sounds a bit like what some post-covid long-haulers are describing. Racing heart, myalgias, shortness of breath, even bulging veins, but all tests and imaging work coming back normal. I went through much the same during my 6-month recovery, with extremely high blood pressure intermittently, d-dimer and troponine tests, CT caput, etc. Admittedly, it’s a bit of a stretch since it sounds like you were healthy between January and June? Alternatively, is it possible you caught it during the summer when you suddenly felt a week of shortness of breath? Seeing a cardiologist is anyway a smart move, because covid, and many other viral infections, can affect the heart.
