I [27f] am a female in tech. A gorgeous nerdy younger woman [24f] joined my team as an engineer and it's killing me how differently she gets treated. I want to quit my job, to be honest

Don't quit your job if up until now everything was fine. People will get used to the new girl at some point and behave normally again. Maybe other women will be joining your team in the near future too (at new jobs and companies anyways). you also need to give yourself some time to adjust to the new team dynamic (regardless of the gender of the new person).

In your professional life, your self-worth definitely shouldn't come from colleagues wanting to bang you. I know it's easier said than done when something is bothering you but keep focusing on yourself and your work accomplishments. I mean you weren't hired to flirt and you seem to have good work relationships with your colleagues.

If the whole physical appearance thing is what bothers you (you mentioned your weight) maybe it's time for a change and start focusing on improving the aspects in your life that bother you or focus on your dating life. Also, people who value a person mostly because of the school they came from, previous companies they worked at and physical attributes tend to be superficial (or fetishists with some kind of fantasy) and are not people you really want in life. someone with substance will appreciate you for your actions and personality.
