I [27M] don't know how or if I should end a long-term relationship with SO [27F], are we just in a rut?

Alright here is what i think

You dont want to be with her, and now you are looking for a justified reason to not be with her. Its like having a well paid job but its not your dream job or something that you are really passionate about. In one sentence you dont love her, you like her.

Love has a simple definition for me, you love something (it can literally be anything) that you sacrifice yourself (your time, money, energy, etc) for its well being and happiness.

Like is something that you want it to sacrifice for your well being and happiness.

when you love something you look past the flaws and you dont even feel like you are making any extra effort to take care of it. Every morning you will wake up to do what you love

when you Like something you want it to make you happy. When, whatever that is, fails it makes you sad.

You used to like, now you dont. I dont know if she loves you but you should move on.
