When I was dating, someone posed a series of questions to me. Granted these can be a little old fashion for some, but it worked for me. Judging by the post I think you've already answered most of them.

1) Can you picture yourself growing/being old together?

2) Are you sexually attracted to her?

3) Do you have the same values (religion, politics, children, etc)?

4) Do they get along with your family?

5) Does she make you happy?

6) Do you communicate with each other (not-argumentatively)?

If you answer "no" to any of these questions, I think it would be best not to string her along. However, if you answered "Yes" to all these questions and still feel like she isn't the one, take a break for one week. Don't communicate with her. Just live and experience what life is like without her. Absence can help you sort your head out pretty quickly.
