29m back into a dating black hole

I live in the biggest town in my area and I'm very activate in my town to say the least. Taking into account both men and women single or not there is about 15 or so folks within 5 years of my age that get out and do things, witch is a big part of the problem as most folks in there late 20 early 30s stay at home all day long on there smart phones.

Dating over seas? do people really do that for anything other then getting a green card? This has got me thinking, are there dating sites for folks that want to move out of their state/area ? I don't want to move but I'm sure with the way tings are folks would be folking to Ohio with a super low cost of living, I mean the local gas station is selling gas here for 3.99 right now.
