Happened to me recently. I really liked this girl who worked in a bar I go to and thinking back she definitely liked me too, although I was too stupid to realise at the time. I was too anxious to ask her out of my own accord even though she was giving me loads of hints that were going over my head, she even got someone to suggest to me that I should ask her out when I look back on it. I still didn't get the hint of course. After the person suggested I ask her out, she was making eye contact with me and just smiling for ages and I was going home so I was just like "see ya later". After that day she became really distant and met another guy. Still kicking myself over that one.
