The 2nd..

I'm not going to pretend that this is an easy issue but just for context, at Wounded Knee between 250 and 300 Lakota people and 25 soldiers were massacred, between January 1st 2019 and July 31st 2019 979 people have been killed in mass shootings. To add further context, in all of 2018 387 people died from mass shootings.

If we include injuries, Wounded Knee had 340 - 390 victims from both sides, so as of July 31st 2019 there have been 1,325 victims of mass shootings, in all of 2018 there were 1,661. The idea that there isn't a problem that is getting worse is ignorant at best and more likely disingenuous.

Is the solution to repeal the 2nd amendment... of course not. There are plenty of countries where guns are legal where mass shootings are so rare that statistically they don't exist. More likely, the answer is to have better controls on who can own guns, which would bring America more in line with other countries where guns are legal, or to really investigate what it is about America that causes people to go crazy and kill random people.
