This layout is a cool concept but I think it has some serious practicality issues you’ll want to consider:
It looks like bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 all have to share a bathroom with the all the house guests as well. If you plan to use these bedrooms regularly it could create huge bathroom lines and that won’t be fun for anyone. I’d recommend at the very least adding a half bathroom where the laundry area is and moving the laundry to the butler’s panty. For a house of this size and layout, a butler’s pantry isn’t a necessity.
Do any of the bedrooms aside from the master bedroom have closets? Where will people hang/store their clothes and other personal items?
What is the intended use of that big open space next to the dining room? It appears to cover an area almost the size of the living/media room. That’s a pretty large area and will probably need some furnishings to keep it from feeling too empty.
The garage is on the other side of the house from the main living area. I’d move it closer to the kitchen.
