I am making a Babylist registry. It allows you to choose items from anywhere, or even add your own write-in items. I feel like this way, I can write that im happy to get 2nd hand to reduce the waste involved in the baby industry, but also make a regular registry bc I know a lot of our out of town relatives will have an easier time just buying and shipping stuff. I also told all my close friends and family that I'm actively looking for free and used merchandise and I'm stressing that it is truly due to the aggregious amount of waste and consumerism involved in having a baby. Knowing that im concerned about my eco footprint has my family grabbing up all the best used stuff they see.
