2nd Love Live Goods Ordering Guide

I think it's worth saying that Tenso actually allows you two different ways to use them. One way is as a forwarding service, as detailed in the OP but for that, you need some kind of official documentation showing your full name, date of birth and current address. Specifics on the website. They need to see it before they can accept any orders for you due to Japanese law - processing the documents takes two (2) working days. I just registered a couple of hours ago so this is current info.

The other option is to use them as a straightforward proxy buying service where they make the payment, charge you for it and then send you the items. Tenso do this via the Buyee service (provided and operated by Tenso) and there are no ID checks, although you do need to register separately to use Buyee. Don't enter your password on the page where they give you the option to sign up quickly with your Tenso account because it's not a secure page.

Just a word on CDJapan. I put in a special request during the last ordering window for First Live goods and they fulfilled it no problem. I got a poster and a pamphlet. I submitted a request yesterday for the HPT poster and received an e-mail back saying that they were unable to fulfil the order due to the product either being out of stock (which doesn't seem to be right) or due to being a restricted item. They linked me [this page](www.cdjapan.co.jp%2Fguide%2Fhelp%2Fspecial_request%2Fproxyshopping_faq_restriction_shipping_request) - it's the last section, 'Items Can Not Be Requested Due to Our Restriction Policy'. Just hoping Tenso won't screw me like CDJapan now, because of the timing.
