3,400 Kaiser Permanente nurses set to strike Nov. 15 if agreement not reached

As an RN who went on his own "personal strike" from watching every God damn member of society act like a fucking idiot in the last 2 years -- and watching countless other coworkers put their bodies and mental health on the line -- I support all these Kaiser nurses doing what needs to be done.

It's not the pay that's the problem you stupid fucking capitalistic pigs -- it's the constant dumping of responsibility on the nurses while continually taking away resources. We're over worked. The literally nightmares keep you all night and the bones and muscles ache for days on end. Hire so more God damn people, because as the saying goes "You have to put on your own oxygen mask first before helping others." The people who know how to work the oxygen masks, we're sick of this shit -- even if can even find the oxygen masks because you fired all the supply people last quarter.
