Your completely missing the point. The owners have every rite to put a stop to it. I'm not saying I agree with them, I'm just saying they have the rite. It may end up a bad business decision, a bad social decision, just a bad decision all around. But it is still their rite. They own the business, and can make the rules. And your fooling yourself if you think the players are in charge. Most players would be working at McDonalds if they couldn't be football players, so who's really got more to loose. I guarantee the owners would still be rich ass holes, even if the whole league went under. And there is no way in hell all the players are going to give up their millions over this anyway. A few might, but most won't. Besides I don't think the players are going to let the owners BS rules stop them anyway. They are creative, they will find ways around the old senile owners and their stupid rules.
