The victims have enough supporters. I stand by the perpetrators because almost no one else will. We live in a society where people think prison is okay, even though I think it's a net negative on society the way we are using it. It should be reserved for the truly, currently dangerous (which these people are!), but it should be used to rehabilitate people and reduce the chances of them re-offending, which it doesn't. It also shouldn't be used to make emotional people feel better. This entire society is desensitized as to what prison actually is and what it does to people. God forbid you say people don't deserve to have their lives taken away, and instantly get 5 people pretending you said they should get a slap on the wrist. It makes me sick.
