This is quite normal. The difference between a 24 hour fast and a 16-8 fast, is that when you eat after you 24 hour fast, that is the only time you get to eat. In the 16 hour fast- 8 hour eat method, you can start at noon and eat until 8pm for example. So multiple meals per day. The 24 fast means you only eat once and only 24 hours apart.
