$3 a day for 2500 calorie a food budget.

Eating protein doesn’t just automatically turn it into muscle. If you need to lose 27.2 kilograms, then you need to be exercising and building lean muscle mass and losing fat that way. Depending on the intensity of your exercise, your caloric needs may go up, not down, as it takes calories to build lean mass.

If you simply restrict calories, regardless of the macronutrient mix, your body will slow it’s metabolism, shed muscle mass that it sees as “expensive,” and store fat to weather the caloric winter.

I’m sorry, I love your intensity on both goals, but I don’t think your tactics on either mission are the right ones to establish a healthy body and a healthy relationship with money.
