No mate, it's not. If none of them initiated a convo with you, I'd say just let people be. Especially when they're a little drunk. One in three tipsy girls are friendly and chatty. J/k. I made that up. But still. I don't know anyone who is down to have a deep philosophical conversation with a stranger whilst being a little wasted and out having a good time with her girls.

Also if they are not open to it how to get out off the situation comfortably?

Ain't no sitch if you leave it alone. If a tipsy person wanted to start a conversation with you, then they would.
