3 unpopular facts about veganism in relation to early human diet

You seem to have issues with definitions of terms. When exactly did humans eat an all meat (carnivore) diet? Please post sources because that's a pretty bold statement with literally no scientific backing whatsoever.

Most sources supporting that humans ate mostly plant-based diets in the past (different from being a herbivore) come from the fields of evolutionary biology, anatomy, anthropology, and archeology.

You are correct here only by default and misunderstanding definitions and vegan arguments. We were never 100% herbivores. Our bodies tolerate meat. Note the word "tolerate". Biologically, eating meat is an adaptation to ensure nutrition. The evidence is pretty clear that our digestive system very much prefers plant-based food.

You should feel good about trying so hard (without trying enough to be informed) to justify why you should enjoy your seared hunk of dead cow meat for dinner tonight.
