30, BA in English (Language and Literature), Still Working Retail. Where do I go?

Is there anything you're interested in? I was looking for a job. I had 3 years of an English degree completed and only worked retail. I started applying to any job that looked like something I'd like to do and be qualified for. I mostly looked for open jobs at companies I was interested in working for. If a job has a very specific degree requirement like they need a Masters in Public Health or technical certifications requirements then they're not worth applying because those will be things you actually need but I think it's worth a try otherwise. Also, every interview I got was based on the strength of my cover letter and now I work in healthcare IT.

I just don't think the 9-5 is for me and I feel guilty. Graduating with a useless degree?
