You have 30$ left for a month worth of food, what would you buy?

here's the sauce recipe:

Sauce: 1 1/2 cups water 6 oz. can Goya tomato paste 1/2 teaspoon dried ground rosemary 1 teaspoon dried minced onion 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan and place it over medium heat. When the mixture just begins to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cover the sauce, and let it cool. Leftover can be refrigerated and kept for a week or so. I find that the flavor improves over time so the leftover sauce tastes even better. I used it for pizzas and panini sandwiches that are made with spinach and mozarella I'll see if I can find the link for the panini
