Ok, this is your first sale which means that you have listed items. Have you paid your bill on the 1st? If not, all those charges were taken automatically from your sale as your payment account would’ve been in the red. Have you purchased shipping label on Etsy? That would’ve been taken automatically as well? Did you turn on promoted listing a or google ads? Did you sign up for Etsy plus or pattern? You’re charged for those daily and your acccount goes into negative if you don’t have money on your payment account.

Take a look at your payment account, it will show you exactly what happened, whether your account was in negative or what other fees were charged. If there was a mistake you will see it by those are most likely barges that weren’t covered previously.
