In Oregon, a seventeen year old boy (let's call him Ben) was found suffocated in the backseat of a car. Ben was last seen alive at a diner with 'three nerdy looking boys'. They were described that way due to their glasses, khakis, and buttoned up shirts. One of those nerds was morbidly obese and this is the nerd that killed Ben. Ben was intentionally invited out so these nerds could kill him. The motive was that in the past, Ben apparently spiked the obese nerd's food or drink with drugs. As a means to get revenge, the three nerds plotted to invite Ben out to dinner so they could kill him when he was in the car with them on the way back home.

Ben was sitting in the backseat with the obese nerd. The obese nerd sat on Ben's face, and wrapped his legs behind Ben's head, squeezing inwards and forcing Ben's face into his (clothed) buttocks. Deliberately smothering him to death as the other two nerds in the front seats watched and laughed. Do you think that Ben deserved his fate?
