34 male. Vegetarian day 7.

I'm just going to throw this out there: Millions of people eat vegetarian their entire lives - some vegan. They thrive, and continue on with their daily pursuit of health, and happiness.

Going vegetarian for 7 days will not make you starting wasting away.

This is a silly myth created by powerful corporations that want you to eat meat.

If you're really concerned, I would do what others have suggested and go see your doctor. But honestly, this is what I think:

Everyone has bad days. Some of us have bad weeks. It ain't the chickpeas, man. It's being human.

Everyone eats vegetarian for different reasons, so I'm not sure what your directive is. But we all have to do what feels best for ourselves, and so I won't be telling you what to do here.

But I do sincerely wish you the best of luck -
