I mean... it's boring advice but it works:

Reduce red meat (beef, pork, lamb) and dairy. Eat more fish and plant-based proteins (beans/legumes, nuts, avocados, etc.). Get fiber from veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Try not to eat prepackaged stuff. Try to limit your fast food and restaurant eating (restaurants use a lot of fatty cooking oils or butters that are fine on occasion but not for lunch or dinner every day).

Do cardio. That'll help your extreme fatigue, the numbness in your extremities, the binge eating, the depression ("extreme lack of motivation" as you put it). I hate running, but I love hiking and even a short hike with a lot of elevation gain (or a brisk walk in a hilly neighborhood) will get your heart rate up. Swimming, biking, jumping rope, boxing, anything that really gets your heart racing and your blood pumping.

Also, your BMI is over 30. While I think obsessing on someone's exact BMI # is really misguided, it is helpful to know if you are in a healthy range or not, generally speaking. And when your BMI is over 30, it changes the way your body processes food and nutrients. It changes the way you process sugars and fats (contributing to your high LDL). It causes low-level inflammation in your body. It reduces the effectiveness of your immune system (and we all want poppin' antibodies right now). Good news is the things you'd do to reduce your BMI are the same things you'd do to reduce your LDL.
