3mo GSD getting aggressive - normal/not normal?

Hi so quick answers - we've had him for 1.5 months. We take him to tons of places with dogs and people for socialization. Due to vaccinations though he hasn't gotten to play with a ton. This weekend we have a puppy class though so he will be getting some.

We've been working on the bite inhibition ourselves. It wasn't gone by any means, but he was doing great at biting gently until this week. He will have puppy class this weekend so we're hoping it'll help as well along with being a little stricter with training.

The outlet thing was when we first got him. Our apartment has an insane number in strange places. The tether didn't help in that regard but we have those plastic covers on them now. But I was pretty rough with him then so I included it just in case.

We're doing that now. He is making a little progress thankfully! We were snatching the toys away when he got distracted and we read that makes it worse so now that we've stopped that he's better.

This dog barks at us all the time since he discovered his voice. I guess it's more talking than barking. He's a crazy vocal dog and loves to let us know it.
