3rd Great Grandfather's Probate (I think)

I am by no means an expert at these things, but here is what I've been able to read. The bottom part gets very tiny so I apologize for the gaps in information there.

Last Will and Testament Levi W. Pangborn

Know all men by these [something] that I, Levi W. Pangborn, of Benton County, state of Iowa, a farmer by occupation, knowing the never [something] of life, and being of a sound mind, do make this my last will and testament. I will and bequeath to my wife Diantha Pangborn, during her natural life time, for her care and benefit, the following described lands, [something] in Benton County, state of Iowa, to [something]: The East hay of the north west qr. of section Twenty Eight. And the East hay of the south west quarter of section Twenty Eight. And part of the south west of the north west of section Twenty Eight and part of the north west of the south west of section Twenty Eight, all in Township Eighty Foer (?). North, [something] wheat of [illegible] P.W., containing in all about one hundred and ninety aereo more or less. By bargain heretogone made with my son Dan B. Pangborn, are half of the live stock on the place to go to him, the [something] of the stock to go to my wife Diantha Pangborn for her care and benefit, including manage and [something]. At the death of my wife, the above landed estate to be equally divided between my legal heirs of issue, on their legal issue. I appoint my son Dan B. Pangborn my executor to carry out the [something] of this will. In witness whereof I have [something] subscribed my name this 30th day of October A.D., 1883.

Subscibed by the Instator in the [something] of each of us and at the [something] time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament witness our hands this 30th day of October 1883 Thomas Gray Enas K Rutan [?]

State of Iowa Benton County

I, A. Thompson, clerk of the [something] Court in and for said County also hereby certify that on this day, at the April term A.D. 1885, of said court, the will and testament in writing here[something] annointed and bearing date on the 30th day of October 1883, [something] duty [something] before and allowed by said court as and for the last will and tastement of the seal and [something] Levi W. Pangborn, late of occid county [something] and was by said court ordered to the estate [something] will and testament. In witness whereof I have here[something] signed my hand and affixed the seal of said court at my office in [something] in said county this 6th day of May A.D. 1885. A.
