I feel your pain man; I recently found out that my account that I hadn't used since 2016 was compromised, it's email was changed, and then the account was banned for 3rd party software.

This has raised a serious concern with me; since an email change requires a photo of the ID of the owner.

In trying to figure out what happened; and if someone indeed managed to create a good enough copy of my ID; I've been trying to get through to support for almost a month now.

I've had the same copy pasted reply telling me cheaters are bad and they won't unban about 25 times so far.

I'm not even asking to unban the account, just trying to figure out what happened, but it seemed like there's a big red popup for GM's on accounts that have been banned, telling them not to read the ticket and just copy paste a reply to close the ticket instead.

However; All I can advise you is to keep trying. After nearly a month I've finally gotten a GM to take the issue seriously and at least look into it for me.
