Note 1: Roger told me usually players are not allowed to claim powerful Essosi Houses due to the little amount of info on their power; House Rogare being a banking family which at some point in history was wealthier that the Iron Bank would fit into such category, that's why I am claiming a scion as my NPC, he would obviously be wealthy very, very wealthy but not nearly as much as if he were the head of the house

Note 2: Willem Darry (my previously claimed alt) will become an NPC for this marrying into the family but if the mods believe a scion of such House is not claimable as PC, I would gladly retake Willem Darry's claim and NPC Lysaro as a son-in-law
