4.5 year progress 16>20. From a skinny dude to my goal body.

We agree on what he needs to do, I just think your way is wrong. The thing is, by telling you "my story", it proves that not only do I have studies backing me up, but I have experienced this on myself. You were probably skinny during your teen years and now you think that you can eat everything while you are a teenager? Hell no.

I am not saying it is the only way, I am saying it is the correct way. In that way, he learns how his body responds when being at maintenance, deficit and surplus, things of which are very useful later on when he is over the beginner phase. Are you seriously telling me that telling a kid to just eat everything he sees is the correct way? You are certainly implying it. "He might get strongfat but skinnyfat while lifting and eating is hard to achieve" So far from the truth, he as every human being has an TDEE, if he eats more than 500-700 cal surplus, he will gain hell of a lot more fat than muscle, it will skew his fat:muscle ratio in an infavourable manner. This is pure logic, and you demeaning me by saying that I am too young to know what I am talking about, is saying nothing about me, only about how you lag knowledge about simple and basic mechanics.

Telling teenagers to eat everything they see, although could work for SOME, is a disaster for others. However, Learning how to diet, losing fat, gaining mass eating correctly, is the correct way for everybody. Big difference.

And for the record, I have not done 1 succesful cut and bulk, it took me 2.5 years to learn how to correctly bulk and cut, and whitheads like you were what was holding me back, "Eat everything, you won't get fat, you are a teenager" yeah right..
