So a lot of the same questions have been asked on Facebook and from what I've seen the responses have been like this...

Cleaning and building maintenance are apparently not the same thing. From COSH guidelines her green bucket shows she cleans the dining room and so has been pulled from her normal duties to go above and beyond to scrub this off.

They have gone through several people to get to this cleaner being asked to scrub it off whilst security stand there chit chatting and could have scrubbed the chalk off by now.

Seeing as it is going above and beyond her normal duties why are they not going above and beyond their normal duties to assist when they are doing nothing else?

Also people are highlighting how women take jobs as cleaners traditionally because they operate around childcare hours so women can raise their children whilst earning enough to feed them when male counterparts traditionally have not had this problem. This part represents a bigger societal issue.
