4 Russian warships launch 26 missiles against ISIS from Caspian sea

no worries, you don't have to apologize. i was referring to the Revelation 16:12-16:

"12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.

13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and[a] of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. 15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.” 16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon."

So the battle takes place along the euphrates, which is being dried up or is pretty much there.

I can't infer much from these passages cause i'm not a bible scholar. Being a theologian (in my approach to understanding), I cringe at posting all of them without being able to explain much. But, I really don't think revelation goes in exact order as the chapters. I think the "end-times" (or whatever you want to call it) is an all encompassing event that is explained throughout the bible. For example, you can read about the prophecy of christ in Genesis 3. That's deep.

People really misunderstand and misinterpret a lot of the bible due to the postmodern culture and the promotion of the idea that there is no truth. Also, lack of in-depth, theological analysis.

I found a source that tries to explain the other reference of the euphrates in revelation (9:13-16). I do not know what to make of it, but it is interesting. https://tictocministries.wordpress.com/2014/11/07/the-euphrates-prophecies-the-four-angels-isis/
