Using 433 4 and got to Elite using it predominantly so I'll give my few cents regarding the tactics:

• In my experience having wingers on balanced and get into box for crosses feels great and they don't drop too deep while also offering you a passing option when attacking

• Striker being on stay central and everything else default gets the most out of his work rates if you have a ST with high attacking and medium/low defensive work rates

• CAM being on stay forward and everything else on default feels the best and he's the focal point of my team and everything pretty much goes through him

• Both CMs are on cover center and stay back while attacking - both of them are high/high and they step up highly which I like but are also kept in line with the stay back instruction, on balanced they'd be more aggressive and out of position

• Full backs I have the same as you

• 72 depth, 38 width on defense and 50 width, direct passing and 5 players in the box on offensive tactics

My tactics aren't quite what you linked and aren't directly related to the article you linked but rather my take on the formation as it's the first formation I try in every FIFA.
