There are a few things this shows:
1 Looking at the underlined part, it's the same "ID", so that shows it's the same 4chan user that was saying these things (unless it's been photoshopped or something).
2 The underlined dates show this is someone back in November 2016 talking about sending something to Rick Wilson. That information somehow then had a "Russian spy angle" added on top of it by people who Rick Wilson had passed the information on to.
3 This person claims they told Wilson they got the information from "the GOP coup". In other words, from the "never Trump" people: people in the GOP establishment who were so anti-Trump that they would have rather seen Hillary win.
It's not clear from this exactly what he or she sent to Rick Wilson, though. Maybe that's discussed in the original November 2016 thread or I'm overlooking it, but I don't see anything in the screenshot saying what this person sent Rick Wilson.
However, it could well have been the document Buzzfeed published today and that Senator McCain personally delivered to Director Comey. Multiple stories and tweets from journalists mention that this has been circulating for quite some time, and that many journalists were approached with this information but declined.
