5.0 GHz vs 5.2 GHz (p95 stability)

Your chip wants more voltage and better cooling at 5.2 1.4. That's why your cores are failing. If you wanna run it at 5.2 with 1.4 volts you are either gonna need to delid it... get better cooling ...or both. I run a 8700k at 1.3 volts 5ghz . Prime95 with avx puts it at 80c after an hour. That's delided with a big ass noctua cooler and no errors. I can game all day at 5ghz 1.24 volts...passes cinebench but prime instantly crashes it. With 1.29 volts I'm still getting WHEA errors. 1.3 is the sweet spot for me. Good temps and no errors. If you aren't planning on getting anal by squeezing every drop out of that chip...drop your clocks and voltage to something your cooling can handle. Realistically it's a difference of like 10 fps in games. I only do it cause I'm bored and like to measure my 5ghz to everyone else's.
