If you plan to sweat while fasting, you will need more salts during the day. You can't just down a bunch of salt once a day, the aim is to replenish salts as you lose them through urine and sweat. Find something to mask the taste. There are a lot of sparkling water flavors that you can put 1/4-1/2 tsp Lite Salt in, and since your body will crave salts, you may find you enjoy it, because it hits the spot. Also get a mild sea salt, like Himalayan or Maldon, browse your grocery store salt section, maybe get a salt cellar to keep it in so you can grab a pinch of sodium when you want it. And finally a magesium pill, like magnesium glycinate, is great before bed.
