5 days of Pto is ridiculous right?!

Personally I would be very polite in explaining 4 weeks pto / better work life balance was the deciding factor. Also just FYI lowest tier workers at my company get 3 days after 90 days and a week after six months if they start in the first six months of the year. At the beginning of the new year if they've been with the company more than six months at minimum they get get 2 weeks and 3 days. If they've never called out since they started they get 3 full weeks. Management gets every other Friday in addition to what I have previously described which is our lowest tier our developers. They also telecommute more than half the time and we have one who lived overseas for six months working from there.
