I'll cut down on the veggies and see what happens.

Hmm I can understand your concerns about disordered eating. I eat whatever I like in moderation which includes daily high protein/sugary desserts. I have no avoidance to foods. I'll eat high fat to sugary foods makes no difference to me.

I made it sound like I am adding an exaggerated amount of veggies which is not the case. 1 cup of veggies at dinner time.

Perhaps it's just me having longer work days (back logged surgeries due to lockdown) and food schedule that's abnormal for people with regular 9-5 jobs. I eat my 1st meal at 4-5am before work, I get no lunch breaks, and eat (2nd meal) but really rest of my calories when I get home from work, then I go to the gym.
