So we did find a guy that we trust have seen on more than one occasion, but it's been near impossible to get together with him since the holidays since there is now nowhere to park thanks to the snow. He'd have to take a cab over. And I suspect he has a vanilla dating life too but no serious girlfriends, he goes through phases of being gung ho about coming over and being hard to get ahold of.

We had one single guy before him that the wife saw a couple times without me, and then he vanished. He got back in contact with us recently and basically explained he found a regular girlfriend and it was getting serious or something so he didn't want to continue the lifestyle stuff. Like most guys who are "really into the lifestyle" he more or less fell back on it because he was single and didn't have the time or inclination to make a real effort at dating.

At least both of these guys were genuinely nice and not at all sketchy. We've had every kind of other flake though, there's the one I told you about, then there's one who went through periods of contact where we'd make arrangements, then not hear back from him, we'd contact him again and lo and behold he "lost" our contact info. That happened twice I think, obviously he was scrubbing his phone because somebody on his end was suspicious.

Then there was another great guy that was in the process of making arrangements and apparently had a horrible experience with a different couple that permanently scared him out of the lifestyle.

There were a couple others too, most of them were just too flaky in their correspondence to bother moving forward with.

We really do love MFMs. Couples are hit or miss, but we've had great luck with the guys we've gone through the process of verifying and actually did meet up with. But like you said after our bit of good luck at the beginning we found out just how hard it is to find a quality guy and as the effort to meet with couples picked up steam we put that MFM stuff on the back burner.
