5'7 150lb did I do my first bulk too fast?

5'7, 22yo, 150lbs. I started at around 123 in mid-August 2016 (so around 5months).

I feel like my stomach and hips area are getting a pretty decent amount of fat. On the other hand, my arms and squads have gotten noticeably more muscular.

I am happy with my progress so far in the gym, but I'm not sure if I've gotten to the point where I've bulked too much / too fast or if I just have a really bad gauge of my own body fat %. I feel like I'm pretty high body fat % here especially compared to a lot of progress posts I see where people are so lean. On the muscle side I still feel pretty small and want to keep going but on the fat side I'm definitely feeling a LOT of belly fat. Can't tell if that's all just in my head, so please let me know.

Here are my lifts -- I'm doing Phrak's Greyskull LP so 3x5 amrap last set with 10% deload if failed Bench: 65lb to 117.5lb Rows: 65lb to 127.5lb OHP: 45lb to 77.5lb Chinups: 70lbs (bodyweight minus assistance) to 142lbs Squats: 65lb to 180lb Deadlift: 115lb to 235lb

As you can see I was quite weak and still am which was why I was hoping to bulk and gain fast

Please let me know what you think as far as if I have been bulking too long and need to do a cut or if gaining another 15lbs to 165 before I cut is a good idea. I really want to keep bulking, but not if it's going to just make me literally a fatso.
