6.84 Aghanim's Scepter Wishlist

Alchemist:

  • While in Chemical Rage, the hero cannot be interrupted by any slow or stun.

Antimage (wut):

  • Mana Void destroys mana, dealing a ministun but deals no damage.

Batrider ags:

  • Batrider gets max movespeed while lassoing any unit and applies one stack of Sticky Napalm.

Bloodseeker:

  • Applies Blood Rite and Blood Rage buffs to the Ruptured hero. Blood Rite and Blood Rage buffs lasts 6 seconds and can be refreshed with their respective skill.

Bounty Hunter

  • Track cannot be purged and it lasts while Bounty Hunter stays at 1500 range of the affected unit

Broodmother

  • Every Spiderling under Broodmother's control gains the Insatiable Hunger's lifesteal debuff and grants them 70% Magic Resistance

Centaur Warrunner

  • Allows Centaur and units affected by Stampede to gain free pathing over the trees destroying them. (Taken from Cyanistic)

Chaos Knight

  • Phantasm now adds 1 illusion with 200% damage resistance but dealing only 75% dmg. The illusion receives full benefits of items. This illusion is appart of the 1 random illusion (can spawn a max of 3-4-5 illusions).

Clinkz

  • Death Pact now grants permanently the skills of the comsumed unit.

Death Prophet

  • Reduces Cooldown to 100 (option 1)

  • Any unit attacked by the evil spirits are silenced by 1 sec. Timer cannotbe stacked but can be refreshed by more spirit attacks. (option 2)

Io

  • Gives a secondary Tether. It doesn't grant the bonus of HP/MP regeneration. (Option 1)

  • Whenever Relocate is casted, it spawns Spirits or refreshes the casted ones. Relocate can be recasted to finish the countdown earlier. (Option 2)

Jakiro

  • Macropyre now reduces 5-7-9 armor too and halves magic resistance of any unit non-building affected (a buff :D )

Legion Commander

  • Duel disables passives of enemy affected heroes. It gives 15-20-25 damage per duel won. (Option 1)

  • Units can't cast skills on units under duel time and also they can't be affected by any buff activated during the duel, rendering them truly magic immune. Heroes can only attack the dueling units. Disables dueled enemy passives. (Option 2, Duel doesn't purge another skills casted before, by example "Mask of Madness" or "Battle Trance")

Lone Druid

  • While under "True Form", Rabid and Battle Cry becomes Passives with permanent buffs for the hero and the Bear and Synergy doubles it's bonuses to the bear.

Magnus

  • Reduces cooldown to 60 seconds.

Morphling

  • Can replicate himself, giving 1 shot of Adaptative Strike to the Replicate. If replicate is applied to Morphling, the Agi-Str values will be inversed.

Oracle

  • False promise can be casted on enemies, but doubles the damage instead of the healing. (Taken from Sybr33d)

OD

*Sanity Eclipse goes though Spell Immunity

Phantom Lancer

  • Adds 4 illus to Max Illusion Counter and doubles the time of them on the battlefield.

Riki

  • Doubles backstab bonuses when played by RTZ against EG Kappa

Shadow Fiend

  • It gives 5 extra souls cap per hero kill (no limit) but ultimate will spawn a max of 50 souls.

Spectre

  • Haunt now spawn 1 extra illusion (looks balanced in the way that is an extra slot taken)

Sniper

  • Assassinate now does Pure Damage and can be casted on the ground to have unlimited range and doubled damage/speed on the bullet but doubles the time of aiming and it can collide with any enemy or neutral unit over the path of the bullet. (True skillshot.?)

Storm Spirit

  • Leaves a Static Remnant (mana undependant) for each 100 units on Ball Lighning form.

Undying

  • While on Flesh Golem Form, spawns zombies for each unit around in a 750 radius. Zombies can stack with the Tombstone spawn. (Taken from GottaGoFats)

TA

  • Psionic traps now gives 50% slow at all and silences the unit for 3-4-5 seconds. Caps the maximun traps to 15 at any level and disables enemies blink dagger.

Weaver

  • When you cast Time Lapse, it will refresh all skills and items (except for the "Rearm" ones and Time Lapse itself) and give a bonus of 10% hp/mp

Winter Wyvern

  • If the targeted unit dies, the effect passes to the next lowest health hero within the radius, doubling the remaining time (max 4 secs). (Taken from JarJarBinks590)

Wraith King

  • Halves the mana cost of Reincarnation and after resurrection, it stuns all heroes in a 375 AoE radius with Wraithfire Blast

Zeus

  • With Scepter now he becomes a proper god, gets an arcana and a glowing great allmighty beard, the voice of Morgan Freeman and can't be killed by any other hero. Grants him -WTF mode KAPPA
