Are you actually trying to say the intention of a firearm is for it to not be loaded... That's a pretty expensive paperweight. The habitual practice is the first thing they teach you when learning safety procedures with firearms. Again, you obviously wouldn't know this, because you've never owned a gun.

No, I'm not. When she was pointing the gun at somebody with both hands on the gun but no finger on the trigger I used "spontaneous." When used in reference to the rule I used "unintended" because guns can exist in more than that one specific scenario.

Okay, well you've still yet to respond to your use of spontaneous that I originally replied to. I'd ask for sources, since the onus is on you, but we both know you don't have any. How about you stick to the scenario that I originally replied and criticized--the one in which you apparently replied to bringing up an irrelevant scenario, eh?
