6 months on: How does everyone feel about the /r/furry rules?

I think it's redundant to tag something as safe, when things that are not tagged are still safe. Since outright porn isn't allowed here, why have an Explicit tag? Having it at all suggests that porn is welcome here. I would get rid of explicit and just have it be a "nudity" tag since that seems to be what it is really for.

Totally agree with this. I know the furry community has a lot of fetish/porn in it, but this subreddit has a ton of younger people, and I'd rather keep all of that stuff away in a nsfw furry sub. It sort of makes me uncomfortable, actually, to think that children are looking at this stuff when I like to think of r/furry as a safe space. (Maybe that's just the mom in me talking; feel free to ignore this...) Artistic nudity is great, but should be tagged as such.

Discussions are great. Events are awesome too. I'd like to see more event threads, or threads that actively encourage participation. Maybe some fun furry thread games?

As a side note, I really appreciate rule 4. I remember when people would randomly post art and not know where it's from because they didn't bother to look. Credit is important.
