Do you feel it when you squat?

For me it was my squat that was causing it. My shoulders couldn't rotate well enough for me to get in the right position. I switched to a safety bar squat only. My problems went away pretty quickly after with the help of a physical therapist. We worked on my shoulders a lot to help get them better, to let me squat normally again eventually.

To fix the elbow pain - It was mostly just some wrist work, and she would use "The edge tool"... Which was more or less just foam rolling it. Same concept I think? But I'm not a PT so I'm not sure. Felt the same. Avoiding what caused the pain (low bar squat) was probably the #1 solution for me.

The pain made my bench press/OHP unbearable due to pain. But the bench press wasn't what was causing it. It also made me skip a lot of bench and OHP days and hurt my numbers a lot.

Just talk to your GP and ask about physical therapy. It's spendy, but for me it was absolutely worth it. On the plus side, I've met my deductible and now it's only $15 to see a PT for the rest of the year. :)
